1. Take a small handful (20 grams) of raw sea moss and rinse well under fresh water to remove trapped ocean debris
2. Submerge washed sea moss in fresh water to soak for 4 to 8 hours. Option to add a lime to alkalize the water.
3. Transfer the soaked sea moss to a blender and add ½ to 1 cup of fresh water then blend until smooth. Adjust water as needed. (Tip* keep the soaking water for watering your plants. They love the nutrients too!)
4. Sea moss will set into a gel once refrigerated. Store in an airtight jar and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Use 1 to 2 tbsp of gel per serving.
